Before production begins, we review the machining capabilities, equipment maintenance, quality management system, and export history of potential factory partners to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.

Each batch arrives with material certificates (MTC) . We verify data and conduct random sampling tests (such as spectrometer analysis or hardness testing) to ensure material conformity before processing starts.

During machining, we monitor processes such as turning, milling, and drilling. Inspectors verify key dimensions, thread precision to prevent cumulative deviations.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection 

Before shipment, we inspect appearance, quantity, packaging, and labeling for each batch. Perform AQL sampling and record results to ensure consistency.

We coordinate independent testing by SGS, BV, TUV, or other authorized agencies if required to ensure impartial verification.

The detailed inspection report includes photos, test data, and other product information. Each batch is traceable to material lot numbers and production records.
